BEST Wins Innovator of the Year Award For the Second Year

Cincinnati, Ohio – September 27, 2017

For the second year in a row, Best Upon Request (BEST) has won the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator (MBA) Innovator of the Year Award.

Last year, BEST was awarded the honor as a company in the MBA with the most innovative business model. This year, BEST received recognition for its newest innovation: The Maternity Concierge.

Co-created with their premier client and MBA Goal Setter, Fifth Third Bank, the Maternity Concierge program is an employee benefit that supports pregnant women and working mothers of infants to help them succeed.

“The maternity concierge program is incredible,” said Tillie Hidalgo Lima, president and CEO of BEST. “It’s the first of its kind, in terms of a maternity-focused concierge service to be offered at a corporation, and Fifth Third is leading the way in this innovative employer-paid benefit. With the help of BEST, Fifth Third is exceeding their diversity spend goals and receiving an unprecedented amount of press which has placed them in the national spotlight.
