The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber has announced its nominees for the inaugural Ignite Action awards.
The program honors outstanding regional Cincinnati businesses, from start-ups to veterans. The finalists will be recognized at an
awards event at 5 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Westin Cincinnati, 21 E. Fifth St.
“Ignite Action will be a lively evening to honor those businesses that are helping to grow our region in many ways,” Jill Meyer, president
and CEO of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, said in a statement.
Winners will be recognized in three categories:
Leading with a bold voice for business: These companies/organizations have led bold change in the region, either through public advocacy, new major investments or significant strategic and innovative change: The finalists:

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport
Verst Group Logistic
Expanding the talent base: These companies/organizations are passionate about developing and/or
attracting talent within Greater Cincinnati or are finding new ways to connect skilled workers to potential
employers. The finalists:

Harnessing the power of the region’s unique offerings: These companies/organizations are drawing positive attention to Cincinnati through new products, unique experiences and inventive business models. The finalists:
