Teresa Gatto, VP, Operations Teresa, a South Dakota native, is the youngest of eleven children. Having grown up working at her parents’ grocery store, she learned at an early age that she loved dealing with the public. After attending college at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, she moved to Milwaukee and began her concierge career in 1989. After experiencing the hospitality industry for over three years, Teresa moved from hotels to the corporate realm and became an executive concierge for Best Upon Request in 1993. Since then, she was promoted in 1995 to regional manager and went on to become a director of support services. In August 2003 she acquired the position of director of customer service and has since been promoted to vice president of operations in January 2004. Teresa has served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Concierge Association (NCA) and has been a member since 1999. She received the NCA’s Outstanding Leadership Award in 2000. Teresa is also an active member of the Executive Agenda, a professional organization for business leaders, in Milwaukee. In 2006 she graduated from Future Milwaukee, a leadership program for the city of Milwaukee through Marquette University. Teresa has been married to Peter Gatto since 1990, and is the proud mother to two remarkable girls, Gina Marie and Gabrielle. Teresa's favorite and most treasured pastimes are spent entertaining friends and family as well as making frequent trips back home to South Dakota.
