About Us: Management TeamKirsten Lecky, VP, Business Development Kirsten graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin–Stout with a degree in hospitality and tourism and began her career as a sales manager at the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati, Ohio. She came to Best Upon Request in 1999 and in 2002 was promoted to vice president of business development. Kirsten manages the marketing and sales department and played a vital role in quadrupling Best Upon Request’s revenue. She continues to increase awareness of concierge services nationwide with her expertise in the field. A forward thinking leader, Kirsten participates in the strategic planning for Best Upon Request. Kirsten is a member of Vistage International Key Group, a round-table for key executives. She is also a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management. As a member of C-Change, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s young professionals’ leadership development program, Kirsten networks with other engaged young professionals and is currently involved in a project that helps educate our community on the diverse places to live, work and play in the Greater Cincinnati region. In 2005, 2006 and 2007 Kirsten was nominated to take part in Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 program, sponsored by the Cincinnati Business Courier, and in August 2005, Kirsten was chosen to be a Rising Star by the YWCA Academy of Career Women of Achievement. In March 2006, Kirsten was recognized as one of the Top 10 Tri-state Women in Sales by Women’s Business Cincinnati magazine. Kirsten and her husband have two sons, Benjamin and Graham. Her favorite and most precious pastime is being with family and friends.
