How does Best Upon Request's errand running service work?
Best Upon Request is insured and bonded, allowing our concierges to run your errands. Our concierges can go outside of your workplace to fulfill requests, from grocery shopping to picking up a forgotten item from home. Best Upon Request can make arrangements with local vendors to come on-site to perform services such as dry cleaning pick-up and delivery, oil changes or car details.

How can I make a request?
- Requests can be made by email, fax, voicemail, intranet or phone. You can also stop by the concierge office to make a request.
- The concierge will ask you for a preferred method of payment for vendor costs-credit or debit card, cash or check.
- The concierge pays for the item or service with your chosen form of payment OR with their own Best Upon Request-issued corporate credit card or petty cash. If the concierge uses their petty cash or credit card, you will pay Best Upon Request for the cost of goods and services, as well as incidentals like mileage, tolls or parking.
- The concierge will notify you when the request is completed, and let you know about any vendor and/or mileage costs.
