History
In business since 1989, Best Upon Request Corporate, Inc. (formerly known as BurCorp) is a privately held, certified minority-owned and woman-owned national concierge services firm. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Best Upon Request was the first company to develop, test and in 1993, roll out a multi-city on-site concierge services program for a corporate client.
From these beginnings, Best Upon Request has grown into one of Greater Cincinnati's fastest-growing private companies, serving organizations coast-to-coast.
Cincinnati's Better Business Bureau honored Best Upon Request as a Torch Award finalist in 2006, 2007 and 2008. This honor was a direct result of our firm commitment to exemplifying ethics and integrity in the marketplace.

In 2008, Best Upon Request was chosen to be the officially endorsed concierge service provider by AHA Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association. The selection was based on our financial stability, repeatable delivery model, professionalism and service excellence.
