On behalf of the Best Upon Request team, welcome to our Web site. Our goal is to give you an introduction to our company and a taste of what we are all about. As an on-site concierge service provider, our mission is to help you and your organization's employees and customers feel more valued and respected. And as a pharmacist in my former career, I know what quality care is all about. It is important to us that our program makes an impact on the well-being of our customers we serve and on the bottom line of our clients.
My role as president/CEO is to focus on strategy, culture and sales. All of these are equally important, though I place a special emphasis on the culture of Best Upon Request. We have a sense of family at our organization, one with service excellence, accountability and integrity as priorities. One of our initiatives for service excellence is being on the Malcolm Baldrige journey which we have named "Quest for the BEST."
Best Upon Request has a partnering philosophy when providing concierge services to clients. We are a resource for our clients and are strategic with helping them reach their objectives. We are more than just a vendor; we believe in true partnerships.
Another philosophy we enact is called the Triple Bottom Line: profits, people and the planet. I first heard about this concept from an article from the Center for Creative Leadership. You need profits in order to take care of your people (your internal and external customers) and to establish corporate responsibility to give back to the community and promote sustainability for our planet. As a leader of Best Upon Request, and as a wife, mother and friend, what grounds me are my parents' teachings and values based on the Five Fs: Faith, Family, Friends, Freedom and Fun. The Five Fs have been my guiding compass my entire life.
