Our Leadership Team has more than 45 years of combined concierge industry experience, and is dedicated to making a difference both inside Best Upon Request and out in our community.
Tillie came to Best Upon Request in 1996 as vice president of operations. In 1999, she became president and in 2003, Tillie was promoted to president/CEO. Since becoming president/CEO, she and her team have grown Best Upon Request more than 500%.
Tillie is an active member of Vistage (formerly known as TEC International), Bridges for a Just Community Board of Directors, United Way Board of Directors, United Way Tocqueville Society Women's Leadership Council, and Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's Women Excel Executive Advisory Council. She is a graduate of the Chamber's Leadership Cincinnati Class XXIX. Tillie also serves on the YWCA Board and co-chaired the YWCA's 2009 Salute to Career Women of Achievement.
In 2008, Tillie was honored as the recipient of the Brillante Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence by the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. Tillie often volunteers her time to speak to professional groups and universities.

As senior vice president of operations, Teresa oversees the development of team members, relationships with our valued clients and manages the operations team. She came to Best Upon Request in 1993 as a concierge. Throughout her more than 15 years with Best Upon Request, Teresa's roles have included regional manager, director of support services, director of customer service and vice president of operations.
Teresa is an active member of Milwaukee's Executive Agenda, a professional organization for business leaders. She has been a member of the National Concierge Association (NCA) since 1999, and has served on the board of the Wisconsin Chapter of the NCA. In 2006, Teresa completed Marquette University's Future Milwaukee program, a leadership venue that aims to develop leaders in the community who are willing to create positive changes in today's society. In 2008, Teresa received her Professional Coaching for Leaders certification from Cardinal Stritch University. This program further enhanced her expertise in guiding and directing her team.
Kirsten came to Best Upon Request in 1999 and in 2002 was promoted to vice president of business development. Kirsten manages the marketing and sales department and played a vital role in more than quadrupling Best Upon Request's revenue. A forward thinking leader, Kirsten contributes to the strategic planning for Best Upon Request.
Kirsten is a member of Vistage International Key Group, a round-table for key executives and is a United Way Emerging Leader. She is also a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2005, Kirsten was chosen to be a Rising Star by the YWCA Academy of Career Women of Achievement and in 2008, graduated from the YWCA Board Leadership program. As a member of the 2007 C-Change class, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's young professionals' leadership development program, Kirsten was involved in a project that helped educate our community on the diverse places to live, work and play in the Greater Cincinnati region.
Matt serves as the controller and head of information systems for Best Upon Request. He joined the company in 2004 as an accountant. A year later he was promoted to controller, and in 2007, he joined the leadership team.
Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and Vistage International Key Group, a round-table for key executives. He is also a member of the 2008 C-Change class, a leadership development program of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and was involved in a team project geared to attract more people to visit downtown Cincinnati.
