These thought leaders represent the legal, marketing, financial, organization development and public relations fields of business, providing a diversified and effective sounding board for the company. Best Upon Request's Board of Advisors is led by our president/CEO, and provides invaluable leadership to developing the business.
The following members make up our current Board of Advisors:
Ron Biggs, Vice President, Business Banking, Fifth Third Bank
Finance/Banking Expert
Ron has been vice president of business banking at Fifth Third Bank since 2007, after four years as Eagle Savings Bank's vice president of commercial lending. Previously, he served as vice president, commercial lending, at First Financial Bank where he oversaw commercial lending functions at six branch locations. Ron serves as board member for the Tri-State League of Savings Bank and is a member of the Western Economic Council. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance/insurance from the University of Cincinnati.
Paul Minibole, President, E-BEAM Services Inc./CPI Inc.
Growth Expert
Paul has been president of E-BEAM Services since 1986, and CPI Inc. since 1999. Previously, Paul was involved in the design, construction and start-up of chemical process plants. He was also the marketing director of the Catalyst Business Group where he was responsible for marketing, sales and manufacturing supervision. Prior to becoming president of E-BEAM Services Inc., Paul worked as general manager of the contract processing division at Radiation Dynamics Inc. He holds a master's degree in engineering from the University of Detroit.
Debbie Johnson, President/CEO, M&S Solutions LLC
Sales/Marketing Expert
As president/CEO of M&S Solutions LLC, Debbie consults businesses on sales, marketing, strategic planning, client relationships and board development. Previously, she served as vice president, marketing development, at Expanets, where she led a diverse team in creating the marketing and client service structure and processes for the newly formed company. She also served as regional vice president for Lucent Technologies/AT&T. Additionally, Debbie serves on the Leadership Cincinnati Alumni Board of Directors. She has also received the Cincinnati Leading Woman Award and International Who's Who of Professional Management Award. Debbie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska.
Frederic (Fritz) Shadley, partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP
Legal Expert
As partner, Frederic concentrates in complex litigation including product liability, construction disputes, business disputes and environmental litigation. Previously, he served as an attorney for Prezel & Stouffer in Chicago, Ill. Additionally, Frederic was named one of 63 leading Cincinnati attorneys by CincyBusiness Magazine. He was also named an "Ohio Super Lawyer" in a survey of Ohio lawyers by Law & Politics and Cincinnati magazines. Frederic holds a law degree and an electrical engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Della Caldwell, Leadership Development and Training, Standard Textile Co., Inc.
Human Resources/Organizational Development Expert
Della has been involved in training and human resources development for more than 20 years. She has been with Standard Textile Co., Inc. since 2000, and has served as human resources manager and is currently serving as director of leadership development and training. Prior to Standard Textile, Della held organizational development, human resources and marketing positions at Hewlett Packard, Mitsubishi Electric, US Bank (Star Bank), Avon Products and was owner of Development by Designs - a consulting company. For two years, Della was adjunct professor at Xavier University teaching Organizational Effectiveness. Della holds a master's degree in education (human resource development) from Xavier University.
